StarkNetwork.com was founded in 1998 during the Dot Com boom. Like everyone else we dreamed big. Unlike everyone else we kept it small. We are and remain a boutique software development shop. We are selective in the projects we undertake.
We have had at least one project get national notoriety.
In 1999 we crafted VotingOnline.org with James Chapman of Tallahassee, FL. The concept was that citizens could follow and opinionate on actual legislation proceeding though the house and senate of Florida and other states. The site was well received but funding dried up so the project was shut down. Before closing we did have a press conference in the state capitol. We were also featured on Bay News 9 and MSNBC!
More recently, we do our part to stimulate the economy by assisting entrepreneurs obtain a web pressence.
